Step one, please contact our sales staff first, by email, Whatsapp, Facebook, WeChat, phone calls, etc. We will check the shipping cost for you too.
Step two, kindly tell us what printer you are looking for and what materials you want to print. What is the max size you need to print? Our sales will recommend you the suitable model according to your requirement and budget. Confirm the machine and consumables you want to purchase. We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and DDP delivery terms. By DHL/FedEx/UPS/air/sea/train.
Step three, confirm the payment terms, proforma invoice, and sign. Make payment via TT, western union, ACH/Fedwire, SEPA, etc. Send us the bank slip after you pay, we will forward it to our finance department and follow the payment until we receive it.
Step four, we will arrange the order and shipping after we get your payment. According to your requirement, we can ship the machine via air, DHL/FedEx/UPS/air/sea/train. And keep updating the shipping situation for you.
